(Press Release) — A training session on “Basic Understanding and Concepts of Drone Operations for the Community” will be held Wednesday, Aug. 11, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
It will be hosted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Districts of Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands.

Course description: A Federal Aviation Administration expert will discuss the applicable FAA requirements to lawfully operate a drone. In addition, there will be a panel presentation by Department of Defense partners to discuss drone activity surrounding military installations and restricted areas for drone usage.
