THE CNMI WIC Programs Income Eligibility Guidelines have been updated effective July 3, 2025. WIC is available to CNMI’s pregnant, breastfeeding, postpartum women, infants and children under the age of five who are at nutritional risk and who are at or below 185 percent of the federal poverty guidelines. A pregnant woman is considered two family members or more if pregnant with multiples.

All WIC Income Eligibility Guidelines are based on gross income, meaning before taxes and other deductions. A person or family member who participates in other benefit programs, such as the Nutrition Assistance Program or Medicaid, automatically meets the income requirement to be a WIC participant.
What to bring to your WIC appointment
WIC requires all persons enrolling in the program to bring their photo ID (driver’s license, mayors ID, or passport), the child’s identification (mayor’s ID, birth certificate, passport, or crib card [if no birth certificate yet]), proof of income (Medicaid card, NAP card, or last two pay stubs) and a proof of address (map to residence, phone bill, or CUC bill). If you’d like to schedule your appointment by phone or video call, contact the WIC team for further instructions and they can advise you of the next steps.
The CNMI WIC Program encourages community members to call the clinic at (670) 664-4084 to make an appointment and see if you qualify
