The CNMI Homeland Security and Emergency Management Office, the CNMI Joint Information Center, and NWS Guam are closely monitoring Invest 95W near the northwestern Marshall Islands.
At this time, there are no watches, warnings, or advisories in effect for the CNMI. While Invest 95W remains weak and disorganized, it is gradually developing and could pass near or through the Marianas late this weekend or early next week.
This is a good time to use the current calm weather to get ready: check your emergency supplies, review your family communication and shelter plans (especially for elderly and those with special accommodations), and stay informed through official updates from CNMI HSEM, JIC, and NWS Guam.
