I WOULD like to follow up on the status of PUA/FPUC for my son-in-law which he has not received since he filed his application. It’s been a while since he made a follow up with the Department of Labor and he has not received any update yet.
He has relocated to the U.S. already. As a claimant he needs to make ends meet for his family. It’s hard enough for him moving to the states and not receiving his claims, especially without work yet.
I seek the assistance and support of the Department of Labor adjudicators to expedite the processing of the benefits and to mail them to him.
Please expedite also the applications of others who have not received any update as to when they will receive their benefits. Give them an update at least. Your immediate response will assist them greatly in this time of need.
