KIER Agda remains the top rider in the Novice Class of the Marianas Racing Association Points Race series after completing round 3 on Sunday at Cow Town Raceway Park.
This time, the competition was a bit tougher and there were several lead exchanges among Agda, Henry Camacho Jr., Corry Pangelinan and Thomas Reyes.
However, as the dust settled, it was his speed and control that allowed Corry Pangelinan to finish first in heats 1 and 2 to earn a perfect score of 50 points.
Agda was second, scoring 22 points per heat for a total of 44, while Henry Camacho Jr. finished third in both heats to earn 40 points.
With a grant total of 136 points, Agda is still in overall first place.
Trailing behind is Henry Camacho Jr. with 119 points while Corry Pangelinan’s flawless performance brought him to third place overall with 109 points.
Thomas Reyes is fourth with 99 points and Byron Castro is fifth with 94.
Experts
In the Expert Class, Angelito Hernaez is the overall leader with 128 points, 47 of which were obtained in round 3.
Cuki Alvarez is second overall with 117 points while Fraklin Santos is third with 114.
In fourth and fifth places are Alverick Alvarez with 110 points and Patrick Togawa, 100.
Veterans
In the Veterans Class, Dave Celis is barely hanging onto overall first place with 135 points, thanks to a strong performance that earned him 45 points in round 3.
But Cuki Alvarez is just three points behind (132) in second place with Melvin Cepeda in third with 126 points.
Charles Cepeda is overall fourth with 115 while Ray Yumul is fifth with 86.
Big Boys
In the Big Boy ATV Class, Christian Camacho is far up the hill with a total of 150 points, 50 of which came from his perfect round 3 output.
Rex Susulin is in second place with 42.05 points; Henry Camacho Sr. is fourth with 42; and Ton Basa is fifth with 22.
