Gualo Rai store burglarized

(Department of Public Safety) — On April 4, 2021, at about 1:05 p.m., DPS received a 911 call reporting a burglary and theft incident at the Family Outlet store in Gualo Rai. Police were dispatched to the scene.

At the scene, police met with the owner of the store who told officers that several items were missing from the store.

The owner also had surveillance footage of unknown male individual inside the store.

Based on the footage the male individual is skinny, was wearing long pants, a colored jacket with a skull print of the front, a mask, and a hat. He was also wearing a sling strap backpack.

The incident took place at about 3:45 a.m.

According to the store owner, one of the employees opened the establishment at about 8:10 a.m., as they were about to do some renovations when they noticed that some items were missing. They immediately informed their employer who then called for police assistance.

After a quick inventory of the store, the items reported missing include one orange chainsaw, one green cordless 12v impact wrench, one blue heavy-duty cordless 12v impact wrench, one 53-piece miscellaneous toolset with a green case, one miscellaneous toolset with a black and red case, one green and black cordless reciprocating saw, one orange cordless blower, one orange 52 cc, Gezhi brand brush-cutter, and one roll of extension cord with a metal barrel that has about four electrical outlets.
