THE U.S. Attorney’s Office on Thursday indicted Rose Mary Cepeda Ilo on the charge of conspiracy to possess over 5 grams of methamphetamine or “ice” with intent to distribute.

According to the indictment, Ilo, between March 31, 2020 and or about May 7, 2020, “knowingly and intentionally conspired and agreed with other persons known to the grand jury to possess over five grams of ice, a schedule II controlled substance with the intent to distribute.”
The U.S. government also told the court that it wants to forfeit any money or property from the offenses upon conviction of the defendant.
Ilo is scheduled to appear before District Court for the NMI Chief Judge Ramona V. Manglona on March 10 at 1:30 p.m. for the defendant’s initial appearance.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Garth Backe, who filed the indictment, did not provide additional information about the case.
