FRITZ Kosam and his twin brother Joe Kosam, 19, were arrested for burglarizing Cheers Karaoke in Garapan, according to the Department of Public Safety.
In a news release on Saturday, DPS stated that on Friday, June 27, 2025, Superior Court Judge Joseph N. Camacho issued arrest warrants for Fritz Kosam and Joe Kosam, who were charged with burglary, theft, and vandalism. Bail was set at $25,000.
“Both defendants were arrested Friday afternoon,” Assistant Chief of Police Simon Manacop said.
“The arrests are in reference to a burglary and theft incident reported at Cheers Karaoke Bar in Garapan on June 16, 2025, at 4:58 p.m. Officers learned that both defendants forced their way into the bar through the front door and stole assorted bottles of liquor worth $1,373 and $131 in cash,” Manacop said.
The defendants “were identified through surveillance footage and later confessed to being responsible for the incident,” Manacop added.
The defendants are currently in the custody of the Department of Corrections, awaiting a bail hearing.
