Superior Court Associate Judge Kenneth L. Govendo yesterday required Elgene Reyes Shai to post $100 cash, representing 10 percent of $1,000 bail order, and the remainder $900 as unsecured or appearance bond.
Shai is being held on the charge of theft.
He was identified from a video footage as the one who took a basket of coins from a poker’s cashier booth amounting to $394.
Detective Herbert C. Borja said Officer Kioni Cruz was dispatched to Huang Shun Poker Room to look into the reported theft incident.
