Faisao owes NMPASI $350

NMPASI lawyer Matthew Holley told the U.S. District Court for the NMI that he e-filed the $350 filing fee to Assistant Attorney General James Mitchell.

Last week, visiting Senior Federal Court Judge WM. Fremming Nielsen ordered Faisao to comply with the law protecting disabled children held in custody at the juvenile center and to pay statutory costs.

NMPASI sued Faisao in his official capacity as administrator and official supervising the operations of the center.

Faisao, the lawsuit stated, denied NMPASI access to its clients who are wards of the juvenile detention facility.
