Court finds probable cause in fake credit cards case

Wing Yee Tse appeared in court in the custody of the Department of Corrections.

She is being held on a $5,000 cash bail.

Department of Public Safety Detective Buddy Igitol testified for the government.

On Oct. 30, Igitol said DFS reported a misuse of credit card incident involving Tse.

About $4,210 worth of items were purchased by Tse using the fake credit cards,  police said.

Tse obtained the fake credit card from a man, identified only as “Principal,” in Shenzhen, China, police said.

Assistant Attorney General Benjamin Petersburg is the prosecutor while Assistant Public Defender Douglas Hartig is representing Tse.
