Woman indicted for harboring illegal aliens on Guam

Sasha Sun, who owns the Sachiko Club in Tumon, was charged by a grand jury with concealing, harboring and shielding from detection three people on Guam for commercial purposes and private financial gain.

Pei-ling Li, Yueh-Hua Chung and Saio-Jen Chu had come to and remained in the U.S. illegally with the help of Sun, court documents stated.

They each reported they were employed by Sun who admitted hiring them as waitresses.

The three were designated as material witnesses and were arrested and detained on Monday by U.S. Marshals.

According to the affidavit by Blu Aisho Shiroma, special agent for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Li arrived here on Sept. 29 and was admitted to stay until Nov. 13.

Chun arrived Oct. 13 and can stay until Nov.  27 while Chu came in July and is permitted to stay until Jan. 19.
