For children? Well, we know it’s all about the presents! Throughout the CNMI, children will wake up on Christmas morning and excitedly open up their gifts from Santa. From a new baseball glove to a new Barbie to even a brand new bike, the joy a new toy brings to a child is priceless. We were once children, and we can certainly remember that sheer excitement!
While many of us are blessed with the financial resources to buy our children new toys at Christmas, there are many struggling families who are not as fortunate.
This Christmas, would you be willing to help bring smiles and joy to all of the CNMI’s little girls and boys? Marianas Health Services, along with Karidat Social Services, is launching a CNMI-wide toy drive for the CNMI’s needy children, and we need your support! Here are a few ways you can help with this very worthy cause:
“The 2010 CNMI Christmas Toy Drive.”
1. Donate a new, unwrapped toy for boys or girls up to 12 years of age.
2. Spread the word by passing out Toy Drive fliers and by hanging posters.
3. Get your family, friends, classmates, and co-workers involved!
4. Volunteer your company to be a sponsor or a drop-off location.
Let’s make this a Christmas to remember for the children of the CNMI! Together we can make this happen!
If you would like to help or would like more information, please call Marianas Health Services at (670) 233-4646 or Karidat at (670) 234-5248.
Thank you and God bless!
Sincerely,
