A contractor for the water task force will be replacing inoperable valves on the CUC water system in the Sadog Tasi vicinity at the intersection of Isa Drive and Woosch Intersection on Friday, Oct. 8.
The work will commence at 8 a.m. and is expected to be completed by 3 p.m.
During the connection period, the Lower Base area from Isa Drive to Tanapag will be out of water.
The new valves will provide CUC with improved operational flexibility.
CUC regrets this inconvenience.
Residents are encouraged to practice strict water conservation and to teach children and household workers to save water.
Rainwater catchment systems/water tanks should be cleaned and float valves installed or replaced to ensure that water does not overflow from any tanks.
All water leaks (sink faucets, showers, hoses) must be fixed to save water and money.
