It will be mandatory for coaches and team captains to attend from respective teams to ensure each team concerns and important topics will be given ample time and opportunity for discussions before the kick-off date.
Other matters to be discussed in the mandatory meeting will be the roll call of all teams including its introduction of team coaches and representatives.
Followed by the introduction will be the treasurer’s reports and then the chairman’s reports followed by the deadline for the rosters, and then the entry fee payment deadline.
Also to be discussed is the league’s format, the league’s schedule, followed by ground rules and distributions, eligibility requirements, uniform color assignment, and last but certainly not the least will be the kick off date for the league.
Other matters, questions, and concerns should be brought up during the meeting for any matter so as to resolve any problems that may arise before the league starts. Other MBFNMI, documents will be distributed at appropriate time.
