Superior Court Associate Judge Kenneth L. Govendo imposed a $50,000 cash bail on Lisua, 27, who was remanded to the custody of the Department of Corrections after his initial court appearance yesterday.
Lisua is being held on charges of rape, assault and battery, and disturbing the peace.
Detective Catherine Pangelinan said the victim complained that Lisua raped her on Sunday morning.
Lisua also slapped the victim several times, she said.
The victim sustained minor injuries to her upper lip, scratch on her nose and elbow, and pain on her left cheek, police said.
