The two men are charged with attempting to rob a San Vicente poker parlor last Aug. 30.
Manglona said Fitial’s bail remains $2,000 cash and $48,000 in property bond while Santos’ bail remains at $50,000 cash.
After the hearing, Fitial and Santos were remanded to the custody of the Department of Corrections.
Fitial and Santos were separately arrested after a police manhunt.
A security guard who disarmed them sustained several cuts to his left arm and hand.
The defendants were armed with knives, police said.
