Atalig, 38, was earlier found guilty beyond reasonable doubt of sexually abusing two minors in March and April 2006. The incidents happened in Chalan Laulau.
Presiding Judge Robert Naraja also placed Atalig under 10-year probation.
Assistant Attorney General Brian Gallagher prosecuted the case, while attorney Robert Myers defended Atalig.
