Carlos, 39, a.k.a. Sonny, is facing three counts of sexual abuse of a minor in the first degree.
Associate Judge David Wiseman set Carlos’s arraignment for Jan. 4, 2010.
Wiseman also imposed a $50,000 bail on Carlos who was arrested on Dec. 18, 2009.
Carlos was directed by the court to avoid contact with any children under 18 years old.
According to the information filed in court, Assistant Attorney General George Hasselback said Carlos has been sexually abusing a minor since 2001, when the victim was 13 years old.
On Dec. 8, 2009, Carlos sexually abused another minor.
The victims were sisters and they were living with their mother and Carlos, records showed.
