Patrol Division Chief Ismael Aguon identified the man as Wesley Florencio.
Florencio was arrested, booked and confined for assault and battery.
Aguon said that a woman called police on Saturday at 1:10 am and requested assistance because Florencio was attacking his younger brother and his aunt.
Meanwhile, eleven other persons were also arrested over the weekend for various offenses.
The persons were identified as Tommy Riumd, 30; Wayland Riumd, 24; Kulas Delong, 35; Reggie Remoket, 29; Benedict Tellei, 51; Mathew Omengebar, 45; Jonathan Keorunge, 25; Santos Kintaro, 18; Oliver Agete, 43; Edgar Ngirngotel, 44 and Haruo Mark, 20.
They were arrested, booked and confined for drunk driving, reckless driving, drunk and disorderly conducts, disturbing the peace and illegal consumption of alcohol.
Meanwhile, Aguon said that police responded to 29 incidents over the weekend.
The officers responded to two grand larceny incidents, one assault and battery with dangerous weapons, three assault and battery incidents, three trespassing, three disturbing the peace, two drunk and disorderly conduct, three petit larceny and one malicious mischief incidents.
A total of nine traffic incidents were reported to the police over the weekend. Four involved reckless driving, four DUI and reckless driving and one negligent driving incident.
