Santos, 34, has been charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, and disturbing the peace after he struck a female household member with a flashlight on Aug. 30, 2009, the Attorney General’s Office stated.
It added that Saka, 34, was armed with a knife when he beat up Hans Hains Ngiramos on Sept. 6, 2009.
Saka was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, and disturbing the peace.
Santos and Saka were ordered to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 14.
