Now, Trench Tech Purebred Saipan, the leading MMA promoter in the island is presenting another breed of figAhters in the Rites of Passage 8 Fearless that will shake the Saipan World Resort arena again on Feb. 12.
Saipan’s MMA world will greet 2010 with explosive matches between island fighters and their South Korean counterparts.
Trench Tech in a statement yesterday said Lim Hyun Gyu, Kang Bum Chan and Gu Young Nam are the three professional MMA artists from Korean who have confirmed their participation in ROP 8.
Their fight vs Trench Tech’s Slade “The Rage” Adelbai, Fasi “Quick Draw” Jesse and Chris “No Luv” Laayug will be part of the Fearless’ triple main event.
Gyu and Adelbai will match up for the 185 pounds, Chan and Jesse in the 155, and Nam vs. Laayug in the 145 lbs.
As always, Trench Tech is once again calling on interested fighters who want to prove themselves in the octagon cage.
ROP is the island’s amateur event and is the proving grounds for young talented fighters who want to take their fighting skills to the next level of MMA competition.
ROP fighters earn rights to pass to bigger and more prestigious MMA shows like such Trench Warz, Fury and Pacific Extreme Combat in Guam.
