“The boy is traumatized and we still have to talk to him,” Department of Public Safety Tinian Director Jose King said in a phone interview with the Variety.
The boy, who was operating the motorcycle, was with the 16-year-old female when the motorcycle slid out of control on a road near the Island Garden Restaurant at about 4:20 p.m.
The matter is still under investigation, King said.
