Aldan retires 6, UR Balls shut Red Eye out

Aldan lasted seven innings striking out six and allowing only four base hits, and the UR Balls are now in a three-way tie with Saipal and Freedom Air Flyers.

Vincent Sablan drove-in the first run with a single and John Paul Lizama walked Oliver Secharmidal home.

Red Eye defended the field just enough that the UR Balls did not riddle them with runs in a single inning. UR Balls were able to move on with one or a couple of runs each inning giving Red Eye all the chances they could get through out the ball game.

But Aldan struck out four more to help the UR Balls keep Red Eye from seeing a figure in the scoreboard.

Ben Cepeda drove-in a run with a sacrifice fly before George Camacho hit a runscoring single for another two-run inning.

Mike Taitaino knocked-in a two-run single in the fourth inning and Aldan had an RBI single.

Camacho had his third base hit—another run-scoring single in the sixth, Marvin Kaipat singled and John Paul Lizama and Joshua Arriola capped their 11-0 victory with an RBI double apiece.

Go for Broke 12, Lancheros 4

Branon Hocog tripled and stole the home base to set the lead.

Vincent Pangelinan hit a run-scoring single and Carlos Sanchez drove-in a run with a sacrifice bat, and Go-for-Broke never trailed leading to their 12-4 victory over the Lancheros and evened their season record, (4-4).

Jonathan Pangelinan had an RBI single in the fourth inning.

After Branon’s single, the rest of Go-for-Broke batters clobbered the Lancheros with six more base hits. Ren Pangelinan singled and Billy Sanchez drove-in two with single.

Branon went 4-four-4, his last base hit drove-in run and completed the victory.

San Roque 20, 6-Pack 1

Chad Atalig fired a three-run home run in the first inning, Cris Camacho hit a two RBI double and San Roque foiled 6-Pack’s attempt to take a fifth win.

The San Roque boys fielded 6-Pack to limit its score to one and secured a 10-run mercy rule.

Wally Emul Jr., doubled, Dave Camacho Jr., singled before Paul Camacho and Cris Camacho drove them hom with a double apiece in the second inning.

Atalig hit a solo home run in the third and EJ Tenorio had a two RBI single, and the San Roque sluggers never looked back finishing the fourth inning with eight runs.
