Martinez, 18, was arrested in Kagman for criminal mischief, conspiracy to commit burglary and theft, and attempted burglary and theft.
The court remanded him to the custody of the Department of Corrections.
According to Detective Melinda Villanueva’s affidavit of probable cause, police responded to an attempted burglary and criminal mischief incident at the residence of Vicente Sablan in Kagman III last Jan. 12, 2010.
A witness told police that Martinez was seen being carried by Roman Acejo Cabrera and breaking the house’s rear window.
The witness said Brian Rios served as look-out.
Police said the witness earlier saw Martinez, Cabrera, and Rios walking in their area.
The witness’s wife also saw the three individuals walking back and forth in front of Sablan’s residence.
