Juvenile arrested for theft, 2 charged with child abuse, assault

A follow-up investigation by the Criminal Investigation Bureau identified the suspect and resulted in the recovery of the victim’s stolen items, according to Department of Public Safety spokesman PO2 Eric David.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the Kagman home’s bathroom window’s screen was torn and the sliding window left opened, police said. 

Among the stolen items were two  laptop computers, video games and a 500GB external drive along with a school bag.

Associate Judge Perry Inos issued an arrest warrant for the juvenile on the charge of burglary and theft. He set a $6,000 bail.

In other news, the court summoned two individuals separately facing child abuse and assault and battery complaints: Raymond M. Indalecio, 38, and Francisco Muna Camacho, 43.

Indalecio, a Kagman resident, was charged with one count of child abuse, one count of assault and battery, and one count of disturbing the peace of a child for a Dec. 24, 2009 incident.

Camacho, a Dandan resident, was charged with one count of assault and battery and disturbing the peace for an incident that happened on Feb. 11, 2010.
