Largest cruise ship in Japan arrives today

Asuka II will be in the country on March 2 to March 3.

Asuka II features 8 passenger accessible decks. The ship has two swimming pools, eight bars, a casino and fitness centre. There is also a 277 seat theatre. There are 461 outside cabins, 260 of which have private balconies. There are 19 inside cabins.

Sadaoka said that the ship has a capacity of over 900.

It also has a crew of 545.

The Palau Pacific Resort will be holding a sunset dinner for the passengers and crew today at 5:30 p.m to 8:00pm

Tourists from Japan are the number one tourism market in Palau with at least 30,000 guest arrivals annually.
