Thank GOD an officer responded to the scene and took statements and also had witnesses to the incident (assault and battery) — but the officer didn’t take action.
So as per the Department Of Public of Safety, if a person is intoxicated, do they have every right to assault a minor (anyone) and not being arrested or should I say you guys (officers) are just not doing your job?
It’s been two weeks and two days and nothing has been done. What are you guys waiting for?
What if this was your child? Would you have done something to make sure justice was served?
