Assistant Attorney General George Hasselback has charged Pangelinan, 21, with one count of assault with a dangerous weapon, one count of violating an order of protection, one count of sexual assault in the first degree, three counts of illegal possession of ammunition, once count of assault and battery, one count of criminal mischief, and one count of kidnapping.
On Feb. 28, 2010, the complaint said, Pangelinan assaulted his girlfriend, and fired two shots at her while asking her to admit if she’s seeing another guy.
Govendo earlier imposed a $100,000 bail on Pangelinan.
