Peleliu put up the strongest offense in the third inning with Poland Masaharu and Paul Ogumoro firing two RBI double apiece, and Henry Litulumar and Macario Scaliem hit an RBI single apiece.
After Mabel’s homer and two batters struck out, Ogumoro blasted a three-run double and Saipan Mayor Donald Flores knocked-in an RBI single to keep the streak in the fourth.
With Manny Cabrera hitting a run-scoring single in the fifth and Ogumoro firing his fourth run-scoring base hit in the sixth, Peleliu never looked back.
Salty Boys 4, Lancheros 1
Bob Kumaichi struck out four and right fielder, left fielder Steve Brel caught four fly balls and right fielder Wayne Kentaro caught three fly balls to help the Salty Boys hand the Lancheros first defeat.
Bob Kumaichi hit a run-scoring single in the top of the fourth inning.
Brel singled before Kentaro drove-in two runs with a single in the fifth inning and Elias Rangamar secured their victory with an RBI single in the seventh inning.
IT&E 12, Rubak 3
Pepi Tenorio started the bottom of the first with a single, Jess Omar followed suit and Inos Yamada fired an RBI single to set the lead for IT&E going all the way to post their second win over Rubak.
Ivan Igitol drove-in two with a single also in the first inning.
IT&E went on to streak in the second with Jack Diaz firing a two-run double.
Yamada drove-in run with a single to complete three base hits and Igitol went heat again in the fifth inning firing a two RBI triple.
