We struggle to perform and the counted as one that is part of our CNMI. With our capital island of Saipan, together with Tinian, we are most thrilled to celebrate a day of our history that made it possible for us to have the U.S. flag flying high in our islands. Rota is no different from the other islands except for the fact that in many cases, we consider ourselves as the guardian of our native culture of the Marianas.
The people of Rota joint their leadership to extent our most sincere gratitude and appreciation to everyone, and particularly to those who have, in one way or another, participated in making this July Fourth occasion an enjoyable one. Si yu’us ma’ase.
