Masga, 20, was placed on probation for three years after she was convicted of illegal possession of a controlled substance on Nov. 25, 2009.
The Adult Probation Office is now asking the Superior Court to revoke Masga’s probation.
Associate Judge Perry B. Inos ordered Masga’s arrest and set a $5,000 cash bail.
Probation Officer Shirley Camacho stated in her affidavit that Masga admitted to have continued using illegal drugs, and had not complied with certain terms and conditions of her probation.
Masga admitted smoking “ice” on May 12, 2010, and marijuana a week after May 9, 2010.
She tested positive for illegal drug consumption of “ice” and marijuana on May 13, 2010.
According to the affidavit, she failed her drug tests on March 10 and 17, April 9, and May 13, 2010.
Masga has paid only $10 of the $100 court assessment fee and violated her curfew hours from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., the affidavit added.
