Munson also approved the final report of trustees, and relieved them of their further duties.
The former trustees were former CNMI Superior Court Associate Judge Timothy Bellas, former California Supreme Court Justice Cruz Reynoso, and former Washington State Supreme Court Chief Justice Richard Guy.
Munson said there was no opposition filed by any interested party.
“It appears from the final report that [the case] has been fully and completely administered by trustees, and good cause appearing therefrom,” he added.
In the final report submitted by Bellas, $5,944.57 was the balance of operational account funds, with attorney’s fees and other costs amounting to $630.50.
The remaining amount of $5,314.07 was donated to the Library Friends, according to Bellas.
