Camacho homers, Sakudi beats Bush-A-Mad in women’s softball

Kuki Pangelinan caught a fly ball and Eileen Babauta struck out one in the top of the first inning.

Liz Lebria set the lead in the bottom of the first with a run-scoring triple before Jenny Palacios drove her in.

Bush-A-Mad tied the ball game in the second as Didich Tudela and Emy Quitugua scored runs.

Babauta knocked-in a run-scoring single before Camacho rocketed her two-run home run to regain Sakudi’s lead in the bottom of the second.

With Angela Ngirbedul hitting a two-run double, Bush-A-Mad cut the lead down to one. Fidelia caught two fly balls and Eula Matsumoto struck out one to keep Sakudi scoreless in four straight innings.

Then, Quitugua closed the gap again on fielder’s choice before she was tagged out in the sixth.

However, Tenacia Masga singled in the bottom of the seventh and Babauta moved her to the home base on an error at the short stop, for the winning run.

Aguaguat 22, Guess Who 2

Jovie O had two RBI’s and Mel B added an RBI single as Aguaguat clobbered Guess Who in the top of the fourth inning.

Dolorina Panuelo knocked-in a two-run single and Aguaguat never looked back beating Guess Who, 22-2.

Jovie O had four strike outs and gave up nine hits.
