Hopwood principal Jonas Barcinas said teachers and students from various schools will display their artwork and other projects.
The festival will start at 9 a.m. and end at 5 p.m. It will be under the direction of PSS career technology and education program coordinator Jessica Barcinas-Taylor in collaboration with the career technical education staff from all high schools and junior high schools.
Barcinas said that students from Rota and Tinian will participate in the festival which will also showcase musical performances by elementary school students.
The event is open to the public.
Barcinas thanked and lauded Education Commissioner Rita Sablan, the PSS associate commissioners, Barcinas-Taylor and her leadership team for supporting and organizing the event.
He encourages parents to join the festival and then proceed to the Liberation Day festivities which will start at 6 p.m. at the Garapan Fishing Base.
