Superior Court Associate Judge David A. Wiseman vacated the hearing and scheduled a status conference for Friday, also at the Tinian courthouse.
Defendants Kurt B. King, 29, and Joseph Ray Arriola Jr., 20, were represented by attorney Ramon Quichocho and Assistant Public Defender Richard Miller.
Assistant Attorney General Brian D. Gallagher is prosecuting the case.
King and Arriola are out on bail and released to their third party custodians.
King and Arriola were arrested on the charge of raping a woman at a cemetery last December.
