Pitcher Kaipat had four strike outs to clamp on A’s offense in five complete innings that ended in a mercy rule victory for the Fielders.
Short stop Masaharu caught two fly balls and tags out two at the first and second base that helped the Fielders nail the A’s to three runs.
The Fielders lambasted the A’s with a series of base hits in the top of the first inning with Khobby Kaipat and Ian Rogolifoi driving in runs with a single apiece and James Aldan knocking in a run-scoring triple.
Cody swung for his second bases hit in the second before Masaharu fired his two-run home run and Khobby singled again. Rogolifoi doubled and Gayvan Uchau drove him in with a single.
Rogolifoi drove in a run during his third base hit in the third inning.
The Fielders went on with their streak in the fourth inning as Masaharu hit a two-run double.
Rogolifoi fired his fourth base hit, followed by Marino Ngeskebei then, Cody knocked in a two-run single to end the A’s hope catch up.
Jared Lizama and Keene DL Guerrero combined eight strike outs in a losing attempt to stop the Fielders.
Red Sox 6, Survivors 3
Jerome Reyes, Joseph Borja and Jonathan Cabrera tripled and the Red Sox beat the Survivors, 6-3.
After Survivors’ pitcher Jeffery Lizama struck out lead off batter, Steven Cabrera, Reyes hit the triple. Lizama struck out Alex Monkeya but Borja saved the day by duplicating Reyes’ hit this time, driving in a run to set the lead in the top of the first inning.
Jose Lizama Jr. doubled in the bottom of the first, stole base and scored run for the Survivors whose offense slackened in the rest of the ball game.
Thomas Reyes doubled in the second inning and scored run on an error to add up to the lead.
Borja walked before Cabrera drove him in with a triple in the third inning and Tommy Reyes walked, stole third base and scored in on an error to ensure Red Sox’ win.
Patriots 17, Northern 13
Jonathan Villagomez’ run-scoring single and Jared Sablan’s stolen bases cut IT&E Northern’s lead in the top of the second inning, then, the Patriots rallied in the third to move ahead with their winning streak.
Villagomez hit a two RBI single while Julian Ngeskebei and Brandon Philip added RBI single apiece before Kent Kalen fired a two-run single.
With one out, Lucio Kalen fired a two-run single as well and the Patriots never looked back.
Ol’ Aces 11, Lions 1
Jeremy Lizama, after getting struck out twice blasted a solo home run as the Ol’ Aces clobbered the Kagman Lion Heart last Saturday.
Jeremy singled and scored run on a passed ball during the top of the first inning before AJ Lizama knocked in a run-scoring single to put up the lead.
After the Ol’ Aces suffered a scoreless second inning from Justine Reyes’ three strike outs, Jesse Santos fired a run-scoring single in the third.
BJ Falig and Burt Lancaster Secharmidal hit an RBI single and Santos drove in a run to stretch the lead, and Jeremy’s solo shot came as bonus hit to secure the Ol’ Aces’ easy victory.
