MBFNMI board chairman and Masters Basketball League president Ray Lizama proposed this to “establish an open dialogue among members of the Masters Basketball with the board of the directors and executive officers.
Lizama said in a statement, it is vital to have transparency in order better serve the members and assure the proposal will fulfill its purpose. It is important to have coach, officials and players group under the Masters Federation to determine what the directions to choose and what challenges to face.
MBFNMI, Lizama stressed, strongly believes in effective communications, teamwork, transparency, high standards and quality service for its members.
The Masters Federation leadership, he said will appoint members to proceed in forming its own groups next meeting under advice of the MBFNMI board of directors and executive officers.
Once the proposal materializes, the respective officers will seat on the MBFNMI board as representative.
The MBFNMI has four divisions for the ongoing Masters Basketball League– 35A, 40A, 45A, and 50A.
