The island’s newest league’s organizers is inviting basketball enthusiast.
The league according to the organizers is to help raise fund for the further improvement of the Garapan outdoor basketball court.
The QQ Rent-A-Car Basketball Cup plans to help install state-of-the-art shot-clock and conduct basketball clinics for future basketball events.
Up to $2,000 cash plus awards and trophies awaits for the team that will win the championship and players who will excel in the games.
So far, four teams have already confirmed to participate in the event. The league organizers limit the number of participating teams to 12.
Entrance fee is $400 exclusive of team uniform.
