But the former senator was acquitted of reckless driving.
Manglona scheduled Guerrero’s sentencing for Monday, Aug. 23.
“It was a strong case based on the good investigation by the Department of Public Safety. We are pleased with the court’s decision,” said Assistant Attorney General Benjamin Petersburg, who prosecuted the case.
Guerrero, who ran for governor last November, was represented by attorney Joey San Nicolas.
The case stemmed from a car collision incident last March.
