Designated Judge Robert Naraja remanded Pelisamen to the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service and he will be returned to Guam while waiting transfer to his designated Bureau of Prison facility.
Pelisamen arrived in a wheelchair after being flown from Guam.
He was represented by his attorney Douglas Cushnie while Assistant U.S. Attorney Kirk Schuler represented the federal government.
