The inmates were identified as: Keno Demk and Chico Matsuoka.
Based on the police investigation, at around 5:05 p.m. jail officer of DOC called and requested for police assistance after two inmates were found drunk.
Officer Mikel said that while he was conducting monitoring, he noticed that some of the inmates appeared to be intoxicated.
Police immediately responded and the two inmates were put to a breathalyzer test. One of them tested positive of alcohol while his companion refused to take the test.
The other inmate instead wanted to fight with the police officer and resisted while trying he was being handcuffed.
The two inmates were later placed under solitary confinement.
.Bureau of Public Safety Director Norvert Yano ordered cancellation of church service on Saturday night andvisitation the following day.
All inmates were secured inside the jail.
