Patriots, Ol’ Aces, Fielders keep top spots in junior league

Short stop Jeremy Rabauliman tripled and stole home base twice to score five runs leading the Patriots to rout the Survivors, 13-3 during last Sunday’s game at the Francisco Tanko M. Palacios Baseball Field.

The Patriots already had two outs when Rabauliman hit a triple then, scored run on a wild pitch in the top of the first inning.

The Survivors held them scoreless in the second, and in the third, Rabauliman walked, stole scoring spot before first baseman Christian Mizer drove him in with a double in the third inning.

Juljean Ngeskebei sprinted to the scoring position after another wild pitch, then, starting pitcher Jared Sablan sent him to the home plate with a sacrifice fly in the fourth inning.

With Vicente Cabrera Jr. and AG Roppul scoring runs, the Survivors cut the lead to two in the bottom of the fourth.

The Patriots pulled away again with Rabauliman and catcher, Henry Rabauliman stealing their way to the home base in the fifth inning. Sablan triped and scored run on a wild pitch, Jeremy walked and scored run on an error, Mizer singled before scoring the third run in the sixth to stretch the lead further.

The Patriots scored five more runs including the one the Henry drove in with a single and they never gave away the guaranteed victory.

Fielders 16, Lions 6

Jonathan Rangamar fired a three-run triple in the top of the second, Khobby Kaipat had two RBI single and Alan Aguon rocketed a two-run home run leading the Fielders to beat the Kagman Lion Hearts, 16-6.

After the Lions tied the ball game in the second, the Fielders mounted a stronger attack in the third with five base hits. Cody Kaipat led off a single, his second hit, then, scored run on an error.

Khobby singled and Aguon drove him in with a double. James Aldan singled, Ian Rogolifoi walked before Rangamar fired his three RBI triple to strengthen the Fielders’ second inning.

Cody led off a double for his third base hit, Marino Ngeskebei got the first base on an error, then, stole scoring spot before Khobby drove them in with a single in the third inning.

Gayvan Uchau tripled for his second base hit and scored run to help the Fielders move ahead with their streak.

Ol’ Aces 23, A’s 1

AJ Lizama homered and Jeremy Lizama went 4-for-6 as the Ol’ Aces prolonged the seventh inning with two chances on the batting plate to pound the TSL Athletics, 23-1.

Keene Deleon Guerrero lasted seven innings for the A’s to have nine strike outs before he was replaced in the seventh.

TJ Sablan had an RBI single in the fourth, Frankie Camacho and Jonah Flores also hit run-scoring single in the fifth and the Ol’ Aces never trailed.

Jeremy Lizama knocked in an RBI single in the sixth inning and Flores fired a two-run single to keep the Ol’ Aces streaking.

Lancaster Secharmidal led the seventh inning with a walk.  After Lizama’s solo shot, the Ol’ Aces continued their rounds to bat with BJ Falig adding a run with a walk, Camacho hitting an RBI single again and AJ Lizama driving in two with his fourth base hit.
