Uncle Ben’s Studio to hold music/dance festival tomorrow

Uncle Ben’s Studio operations manager Charry de Guzman said the students will showcase a variety of dance, song and modeling numbers. They will also be holding an inter-school contest for the students.

“We just want to entertain the community with what our students have learned over the years,” De Guzman said.

The festival in also a reunion of sorts for Uncle Ben’s Studio family.

“We have invited all the past students who have enrolled with us since the school opened in 2004 to come and enjoy, and also share their talents with us,” De Guzman said.

Tickets to the show cost $5 each.

“We have held several concerts already but this is the first time that we are asking for an entrance fee to pay for the venue and other expenses,” De Guzman said.

Each ticket entitles the holder to win attractive prizes in the raffle draw which include lunch and dinner coupons at various restaurants and hotels, cellphones and other attractive prizes.

Students of Uncle Ben’s Studio have been actively participating in annual events such as the Liberation Day parade, the Flame Tree Arts Festival and the Taste of the Marianas,

De Guzman said the school will continue to teach students  how to sing and dance as well as how to model and act.

Tickets will be available at the door during the event. For more information, call 285-3563.
