Manglona credited one day already served by Hongmei Sun, and would complete the remaining 29-day jail term.
Upon release from prison, Hongmei Sun will be delivered to a duly authorized immigration official for removal proceedings.
If immediate removal does not occur and she is released, the court ordered Hongmei Sun to report to the U.S. Probation Office for her one year supervised release.
All fines were waived since it has been determined Hongmei Sun does not have the ability to pay, the court ordered.
She will pay a $100 special assessment fee immediately after the sentencing and will complete 100 hours of community service.
The court directed Hongmei Sun, currently out on bail, to contact the U.S. Marshals Office three times a week to determine the date and time of surrender.
Court-appointed defense attorney Robert T. Torres represented Hongmei Sun.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Garth Barke prosecuted the case.
The fifth defendant, Mohammad Jahangir Miah, has yet to be sentenced.
The court already sentenced the following defendants: former Bureau of Motor Vehicle examiner William Hocog, six months imprisonment; Hui Qiang Yan, three-month jail term; and Dolores Tahima Miah, two months probation.
