The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission named Asia Pacific Hotels Inc., doing business as Saipan Grand Hotel, and Tan Holdings Corp. in the complaint.
The EEOC charged that the restaurant manager of the hotel sexually assaulted a female employee while she was asleep in her room.
Tan Holdings, who is represented by attorney Steven P. Pixley, said they deny the allegations.
EEOC trial attorneys Derek Li and Nancy Griffiths are prosecuting the case.
