The Philippine Consulate General extends appreciation to volunteers of 4th quarter health screening

Registration started as early as 6 a.m., with actual health screening starting at 7 a.m. and ending at 11 a.m.

This quarterly activity aims to increase the level of awareness of hypertension and diabetes prevention and control, and eye/vision pressure correction among OFWs.

For this quarter, a total of 275 OFWs availed of the blood pressure and blood sugar check-up, 65 of whom also availed of the eye vision check-up.

The Philippine Consulate General wishes to express its heartfelt appreciation to Drs. Nathan Tan and Ester Kanayjorn and the twenty nurses and pharmacists, ten staff of the Hardt Eye Clinic, and eight officers and members of the Bayani Association who volunteered their services for the free health screening.
