The court imposed a $500 bail on Ngirutoi.
Judge Perry B. Inos also granted the oral motion to revoke Ngirutoi’s probation.
Acting Chief Prosecutor Peter Prestley represented the government while Adult Probation Officer Shirley Ogumorro attended Ngirutoi’s review hearing on Dec. 15, 2011.
The Adult Probation Office said Ngirutoi failed to comply with conditions of his probation: 1) non-payment of $1,603.17 restitution for his victim, 2) failure to pay the balance of $35 out of the $50 court assessment fee, 3) and non-payment of $240 probation fee.
Ngirutoi has also not performed any of the court-ordered 100 hours of community service.
On Sept. 23, 2009, the Superior Court credited 240 days served by Takai for assault and battery in two separate cases in 2009 and 2005.
