Organized by local and federal agencies such as the Guam National Guard, Guam Drug Enforcement Administration, United States Attorney’s Office, Department of Youth Affairs, District Court of Guam and 2011 Red Ribbon Campaign Coalition members, the Red Ribbon Campaign is part of a nationwide movement where community members join together to raise awareness about the dangers of drug abuse.
