Named also in the complaint is Kazuhiko Ishizeki, owner, director, and president of Vector Works.
The complaint, filed by attorney Mark Hanson, stated that Vector Works subcontracted with GPPC, Inc. in or about Sept. 2007 to perform construction work for the renovation of two stores at DFS Galleria on Saipan.
Ishizeki issued a promissory note in the amount of $170,000, and made total payments of over $56,000, “all of which was applied first to accrued interest and then to the outstanding principal balance of the promissory note.”
GPPC is also asking for costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees, and for any other remedies.
